Melissa and Timothy’s wedding at the Barn at Sandy Knoll in West Bend was memorable. The couple, who had been together for four years before tying the knot, chose the rustic barn venue for its charming and intimate atmosphere, set within the gorgeous grounds of the Washington County Parks.

The day began early in the morning, with the wedding party working together to transform the barn into an inviting reception space, using fall colors as the theme. Melissa got ready with her bridesmaids in the bridal room downstairs while Timothy and his groomsmen prepared in the Sandy Knoll Ranger House.

As the ceremony approached, a few bridesmaids worked to turn the outdoor ceremony site into a beautiful location, decorating it with candles and other special touches. Melissa made her way through the rustic door and down the aisle. The ceremony was heartfelt and emotional, with the couple exchanging personal vows and promising to love and support each other for the rest of their lives.

After the ceremony, we used various locations around the park for the bride and groom’s photo session, including beside the river and outside the barn.

The reception was held inside the barn, beautifully decorated with lovely details, fall flowers, and candles.

As the evening approached, the couple took sunset photographs next to the river, and the rest of the evening was filled with dancing, laughter, and lots of love.
