A Capitol Romance: Saying “I Do” at the Wisconsin State Capitol

The day started early (8:30 AM early!) with a ceremony at the breathtaking Wisconsin State Capitol in Madison. The grand architecture—soaring columns, despite the early hour, the energy was electric. Amy looked radiant in her gown, Jacob couldn’t stop smiling, and their big, lively wedding party cheered them on with so much love.

We took advantage of the Capitol’s timeless beauty for portraits, capturing quiet moments on the grand staircases and playful ones outside. A joyful vibe made for some of my favorite images—authentic, romantic, and full of personality.

A Reception Full of Love & Laughter at Goodman’s Community Center

After the ceremony, the celebration shifted to Goodman’s Community Center, where the mood was warm, welcoming, and joyful. From emotional toasts to the dance floor, their friends and family.
