Capturing Andrew and Bethany’s Wedding at The Wedding Garden’s Center in Allenton, WI

As a dedicated wedding photographer, I was honored to capture Andrew and Bethany’s unforgettable wedding day in August at the picturesque Wedding Garden Center in Allenton, WI. This stunning venue spans 3 acres of breathtaking gardens, featuring thousands of flowers in full bloom and four historic buildings, including a charming church.

I arrived early in the morning to document the bride’s preparations in one of the venue’s historic buildings, specifically designed as a bridal room. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as Bethany and her bridal party prepared for the day ahead.

A highlight of the day was the groom’s thoughtful and unique gift to his groomsmen—swords! This unexpected and exciting gesture added a memorable touch to the wedding festivities, setting the tone for a day full of surprises.

The First Look between Andrew and Bethany was a profoundly emotional moment. As Bethany approached Andrew from behind, the anticipation was palpable. When Andrew turned to see his bride in her stunning wedding dress, his expression of pure love and adoration was heartwarming.

Following the First Look, we visited the gardens for a couple’s photos. The venue’s historic church, with its rich woodwork and original stained glass windows, provided an elegant backdrop, while the vibrant gardens enhanced the romantic ambiance of the shoot.

The outdoor ceremony was held against the backdrop of the stunning gardens, creating a perfect setting for Andrew and Bethany’s vows. Bethany’s brother officiated the ceremony, adding a deeply personal touch.

The reception took place under a grand tent on the property, with dinner served inside the historic church. This unique setting offered a blend of history and charm, making the evening even more special.

Sunset photos are always favorites for couples and photographers, and Andrew and Bethany’s sunset session did not disappoint. We stepped outside just after their first dance to capture the golden hour, resulting in breathtaking images.
